I have an amazing story to share. A short time ago I launched my Twitter program. I have been very proud of this project because its an amazing opportunity to build your Twitter following the RIGHT way. And it doesn’t involve BOTs or software. Just good old fashioned know how and work. The best part I am with you every step of the way.

I have explained on this site and on the Twitter Program page that I have worked for some pretty big international companies. Also many of my former co workers are also friends with me across several social media’s. So I get this email from two friends (who want to remain on the very low because of the money involved LOL). They used to work with me at two different entertainment companies. In fact they are the same two God send people who boosted my 4DaSoul.com following on Myspace several years ago by over 10,000 in a matter of days!

They have Twitter accounts and wanted to know more details on my program. Our talk was short. And of course they already know my history.

I also explained to them that I hadn’t launched a affiliate program to the public. Some of you may remember my concerns of people promoting a program in a SPAM like fashion across Twitter.  They offered to spread to their very connected network in return for a profit. I didn’t hesitate and gave them the majority of the sales.

In 5 hours time a little under 200 people joined my Twitter Program!

This in Not a Bragging Rights Article

I didn’t write this for any entrepreneurial masturbation. After all how does that help YOU? The purpose of this story is to share 3 things

  1. These two guys are NOT affiliates. They do NOT do affiliate marketing. The reason almost 200 people reacted to their word of mouth is because they have a brand.
  2. Real people sell to real customers: Recognizing the value in learning real honest and effective strategies.
  3. And probably the most amazing part about all of this? I didn’t ask them to do this, I didn’t pitch them. But again I didn’t need to because in the past I had created, marketed, and over delivered value to them before.

Lessons Learned

  1. Establish a history with a brand (A marketer that doe’s but not is  affiliate marketing).
  2. Communicate the value.
  3. Create a conduit for them to communicate the value with their customers.
