Ever got a question from a customer and answered it without asking more questions? The answer should be 99% YES. We all have. I now ask a ton of questions. In fact I ask so many questions that it sometimes changes the dynamic of the customers question. If you don’t ask specifically the WHY when they ask then you are not be helping them.Never assume what your customers know.
The worst thing in the world is to waste both your time and theirs answering a question that wasn’t clearly understood.
