Is Seth Godin Talking about Niche Businesses? I think so.

He wrote a really cool post called Lessons from very tiny businesses.

In it Seth said

1. Go where your customers are.

2. Be micro-focused and the search engines will find you.

3. Outlast the competition.

4. Leverage.

5. Respond.

And the interesting thing is that said avoided the lists and 5 things headlines LOL! .
