Assess your last 12 months: in detail you should look at how you made money online. Ask yourself what was your best months and why. Here is the most important questio0n to ask. Did you setup testing to not only track your visitors but your sales conversions and lead capture?

Rethink conventional thinking: whatever is hot now online and you are not ahead of the curve you are playing catchup. PERIOD. Get your assets in line to position yourself ahead of the curve.

Narrow your scope and time: Don’t try to do everything do what i say here. It is free and will save you a LOT of time.

Re-examine your target audience: to see if they are really your BEST choice and if you are serving them. And remember they need to have a immediate desperate need to have a problem solved.

Fail fast forward: then do it again as I explain here. The quicker you know what not to do the quicker you can focus on finding what works. Remember my saying “In business failure isn’t facts its results”.

Setup your planning for the year with FUN in mind: everyone is so serious the fun is the journey. How excited are you when you talk about your projects? That should determine your FUN level!
