1. When do you sleep?
LOL (Laughing Out Loud) that’s because (and I am writing this 3am in the morning by the way) they ALWAYS see me online across social media and via a variety of communications. The answer to that is POWER NAP. In fact I wrote a funny story about it which is one of my wives favorite articles.
2. Do you do this (online marketing and media) for a living?
Short answer yes. My dream when I was growing up was to run my own business since I was 12. I am truly living the dream.
I am a entrepreneur marketer and also I do speaking and business consulting, so you could say I have a well rounded profession.
I am a master at what I do and do what I master.

3. How do you get so many followers on social medias/ networks?
This is going to really sound simple. Simplicity is the key to mastery. I don’t do 5000 things online I do 5 things 1000 times.
- I establish WHY I am building the network I am working on.
- I immerse myself in the site and knowledge
- I focus on a daily, weekly goal for building a network.
- Then I get INTENSE
Now there is a lot of details beyond that but what makes me sad is to see people who look for the “Easy” way or “magic bullet” answer. Mastery has nothing to do with this. Mastery of Social Media involves mastering a few specific things then repeating the process.

4. Can I pick your brain or can we talk on the phone?
No! Hey this has been my most productive year yet. I found out one of the biggest keys was to spend less time talking on the phone. I love what I do but unfortunately not everyone appreciates my advice and time. Well I do!
I am however doing some webinars so there is an opportunity to get the more direct info you need.

Wrong question the real question should be how do you make money from your passion, talent and skill?And that question begins with you not with me. From there it is a matter of finding that crowd that wants to purchase something. Google anyone?

7. Why don’t you list all of your websites only a few?
A inside secret: in niche marketing you don’t even reveal the server, domain server or domain because of competitors. I have some of the tiniest cool funky niches I will never talk about in detail LOL!

8. Where are you from?
Though my company is based in Las Vegas I am a native New Yorker raised in Chicago GO BEARS! My brother calls me a traitor because I am not a deeply big Giants fan.

No and yes. I am married to my lovely wife Cara Monroe and we do not have kids (as of the date I write this).

10. What is the secret to running a successful online business?
The number one secret to success? There is no number one secret. Below is a combo of the answers that will help you.
- Love what you do
- You must be good at it
- People must want to pay money for what you are good at and love to do (there must be a market online for it).
- You must provide a lot of value.
- BE WILLING TO FAIL AGAIN AND AGAIN. The biggest successes failed the MOST. For example the top home run record holders struck out twice as much. You must be willing to FAIL FORWARD FAST. Learn quickly what doesn’t work so that you may discover what does.
