As you may have read from my Twitter program is ending its open public enrollment. Here is why. I think Twitter is plateauing. And when something plateaus I think we need to start transitioning. Ning has proven this with the latest shock announcement that they are now charging to use their social network. Well guess what? No one site should control all of your network.
I am very forward thinking and would like to be on the future trends 12 -24 months ahead. And I just don’t think that this will be the trend to follow. I am NOT saying twitter will end in 12 -24 months unless of course something dramatic happens. I am saying that twitters influence will not be a strong as it was in the past.
